Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are you affiliated with any religious groups, churches, societies or any political groups?

No, the F.P.I has no affiliations to the above stated groups.

2. Are Ouija boards safe?

We at the F.P.I. strongly suggest that the use of a Ouija board be avoided.

3. How much are your services?

All our investigations are free of charge, but donations are welcomed.

4. What can I expect once your team arrives at my location to investigate?

In most cases, we will pre-screen the area prior to the day of the investigation. During the pre- screening, we will ask you specific questions as well as gain a better understanding of the environment we will be investigating. On the day of the investigation, we will arrive at least one hour prior (more time may be required depending on the location) to the start of the actual investigation. During that time, our team will place cameras, monitors and wires through the area of interest. We will also start preparing the other investigative tools for use.

5. How do I prepare for the investigation?

Prior to scheduling a date for your investigation, you will be required to provide consent for our team to conduct an investigation. You will also be asked to complete a questionnaire that will allow our team to gain a better understanding of the area that is suspected of paranormal activity.

6. When can I expect the results?

It may take several weeks for your results to be communicated back to you. Our team members all work full time jobs in addition to the investigative cases. We will do our best to get the results back to you within 4 weeks. Should there be a delay greater than 4 weeks, we will communicate this to you directly.

7. Will you share any of my personal information or evidence from our investigation?

Prior to the scheduling of the investigation, you will receive a consent sheet. You can instruct us how we can use your information. Normally we only use general images on our website. In some cases, we need to bring field consultants into the cases and may have to share some specifics with those consultants to help with our data resolution.
